I Want to Support Returning Citizens. Once returning citizens complete our Grief & Loss Group at the DC, Jail, one of their options is to return to their previous communities. This is an exciting but often challenging time for them. Often, a returning citizen has little of no family support and/or economic opportunities. We would like to provide them support services during this time. There is no known funding for this type of program. Through your one-time or regular support, along with grants, we will be able to provide the support returning citizens deserve. Thank you for your support.
