Mother’s Day is usually a time of joy and celebration, but unfortunately, it can be a time of great pain and sorrow for mothers who have lost a child, especially if it was their only one.

About the event
Each year we select a local ministry that focuses on women who have lost a child. This can be through a miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, or some other reason.
This year we will be providing Eden gift bags to four women at the Miscarriage & Infant Loss Support Group at one of our Outreach Organizations - the National Community Church.
Each gift bag will be filled with words of encouragement from YOU and wonderful Eden products made by our survivors. If you are interested in participating, your cards need to arrive no later than Friday, April 29th. If you would like to contribute toward a gift bag, they are $25 each.

Words of Encouragement should be sent to: candace@r199.org:
1. Write as if she were a family member or good friend.
2. Please keep Scripture to a minimum as not everyone is a believer or finds Scripture helpful during this time.
3. Do not seal envelopes as we need to read all the notes to make sure they are appropriate.
4. Sign the note with your first name only and perhaps the church you attend. Please do not include any personal information such as your full name, address, email, phone, etc.
