Wellness in the Workplace
Journey Touchstones
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Join us for innovative monthly workshops dedicated to helping organizations and individuals who are on the front lines of providing care to others. These workshops will address the stress and secondary trauma you are experiencing.

According to a study by Deloitte, workplace burnout affects as many as 70% of employees (and 8 out of 10 millennials). The American Psychological Association cites that burned-out employees are 2.6 times as likely to seek a different job, 63% more likely to call in sick, and 23% more likely to end up in the ER. Beyond the half trillion-dollar impact on lost productivity, wages, and healthcare costs, excessive work stress impacts employee happiness and mental wellbeing in and out of work and is a large threat to employee recruitment and retention. From inside organizations to outside in communities, this takes a toll on all stakeholders. But it can be addressed!

As a valued member of our Community of Practice, you are invited to join the conversation and learn how to address job-related stress & burnout at our upcoming workshop.

Journey Touchstones
Invites a circle of innovation and practice of art transforming trauma, with Touchstones as a way to connect deeply to ourselves and each other. There are many layers to trauma and healing, from individual to relational, family to community, and systemic layers, legacies of trauma, rippling up from generations back. Actions of healing can also ripple generations forward. This workshop welcomes a “learning lab” investigating Touchstones as an anchor for change, from the cellular to the systemic.
