Writing Ourselves Whole: Using the power of your own creativity to recover & heal from the trauma
The very act of writing and journaling can be deeply healing for you. When you find language for the stories that are locked inside, you can change your life. You begin to make yourself whole again. For survivors of trauma, it can be one of the most powerful ways to recover. This group is limited to 10 maximum participants.
For adult s who have experienced trauma (military, sex, bullying, DV, etc.).
