Roger Larson, MGA/HCA
Director of Development
Roger joined Restoration One Ninety-Nine (R1:99) in April 2014 as Director of Development. For several years, he felt God calling him to assist in the eradication of human sex trafficking of teenage girls, and R1:99 has provided that opportunity.
Roger has a master’s degree in general administration with an emphasis in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland University College (now Maryland Global University), a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Luther College, Decorah, IA and has formerly been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Residential Child Care Program Administrator.
Roger has been the primary driving force in the turnaround of several non-profit and for-profit health care programs in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic areas and was the principal in Nova Health Systems, a consulting company serving organizations that provided services to people with developmental disabilities.
Roger currently resides in Wilmington DE and attends The Journey Church with his wife, Marianne.
