Roger D. Larson, MGA/HCA

Roger joined Restoration One Ninety-Nine (R1:99) in April 2014 as Director of Development. For several years, he felt God calling him to assist in the eradication of human sex trafficking of teenage girls, and R1:99 has provided that opportunity.

Roger has a master's degree in general administration/healthcare administration from the University of Maryland University College (now Maryland Global University) and a bachelor's degree from Luther College, Decorah, IA. During his career he has had a Nursing Home Administrator's (LNHA) license and a Residential Care Care Program Administrator's License (LRCCPA).

He has been the driving force in many non-profit turnarounds in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic. He has owned and operated consulting companies serving the needs of many human services organizations.

Roger currently resides in Delaware and attends The Journey Church in Newark, DE.
