Darryl Arrington, Ph.D., LCPC, NCC | Interim Board Chair, CEO & Director, Chesapeake Behavioral Health Systems, LLC
Darryl was raised in the Washington, DC area. After a nearly 20-year background in government IT contracting, he enrolled in seminary to pursue a degree in counseling. This began an exciting journey to live out a life of Jesus’ choosing. Darryl has PhD in marriage and family therapy, and maintains a research and practical interest in serving trafficking survivors in the years after their exit from the Life. Darryl is married and raising 3 teenagers, and he maintains a robust private practice in Maryland.
Virginia Antos | Vice President of Leadership Development, Aglow International
Virginia serves the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area as Vice President of Leadership Development for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Aglow International. Aglow is an apostolic ministry, active in over 170 nations, with a membership of over 17 million. Aglow has answered the call to abolish human trafficking with a threefold approach including prayer, education and partnering with local anti-human trafficking organizations. Virginia brings her strengths in prayer and intercession to the Restoration One Ninety-Nine’s board, as well as a large network of passionate individuals who are highly motivated to pray and support this cause. Virginia and her husband Dave live in Nokesville with their two sons, Doug and Brian.
Rick Harris | Treasurer, Defender with Share Hope International
Rick was born and raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He was commissioned in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer following graduation from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from William Carey University.
Rick is a US Army Major (Retired) who has a servant’s heart and finds joy in serving; he believes it is the love of Jesus Christ that will deliver, renew, strengthen, transform and restore individuals and is committed to sharing this love through service. Rick has actively sought ways in which he can be involved in the restoration, deliverance and healing of those impacted by human trafficking. His commitment to eradicate modern slavery has resulted in becoming an Ambassador with Restoration 1:99, Inc. and a volunteer with various church ministries and local community outreaches in Maryland.

Mitch Wheeler | Chief Partnership Officer, Premier Sports Management
Mitch is a marketing and sponsorship executive with more than 30 years of experience. He’s worked on many of the world’s major sports events, both on the property side and the corporate partner side.
He has served as Vice President for Business Development and Corporate Consulting the past five years at Premier Sports, generating significant growth in the areas of corporate sponsorship strategy, management, negotiation and activation. He has held senior management positions with both the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals, serving as each team’s chief marketing officer for a combined 15 years. Mitch has vast experience in the sports agency business, including as founding partner at MAI Sports. He has serviced clients such as the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, The Rolling Stones, United States Olympic Committee, the Richard Petty Race Team, Coke, Sprint, AMC and Liberty Mutual.
Mitch is also very active in numerous community and philanthropic endeavors. In addition to his work with Restoration 1:99, Mitch is on the Board of Directors for Save A Warrior and the Foundation Board for the University of Central Missouri.
